Arrive at Kota Kinabalu Airport where you'll be warmly greeted and transferred to the stunning Shangri-La Rasa Ria Resort where you will have your overnight stay. After check-in, unwind and enjoy the resort’s beautiful surroundings. Relax by the beach, explore the lush grounds or pamper yourself with spa treatments. 

After breakfast, journey to the impressive Mount Kinabalu and explore the UNESCO-listed Kinabalu Park—one of the world’s most biodiverse regions. Walk through towering forests and marvel at unique plants and wildlife. Visit the famous Canopy Walkway for spectacular views of the rainforest (subject to availability). After breakfast, fly to Sandakan and head straight to the Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre to observe these incredible primates in their natural habitat. Next, visit the Bornean Sun Bear Conservation Centre to learn about the world’s smallest bear species. After the tour, check in to your overnight hotel, Sabah Hotel Sandakan and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.

Visit the Labuk Bay Proboscis Monkey Sanctuary to see these unique primates in action. Watch them feed and interact in the wild. Then venture to Gomantong Cave, one of Sabah’s largest limestone caves, known for its bird’s nests. Continue your journey to Bilit Rainforest Lodge, where you'll experience an unforgettable river cruise along the Kinabatangan River, spotting wildlife like proboscis monkeys, exotic birds and more. Begin your day with a peaceful morning river cruise to Ox-Bow Lake, a prime spot for birdwatching and wildlife sightings. After breakfast, take a scenic boat ride from Bilit Rainforest Lodge followed by a drive to the Danum Valley Conservation Area. The journey takes you through regenerating forests and pristine jungle. Once at the Danum Valley Field Centre, meet your guide and learn about the area’s incredible biodiversity. Spend the rest of the day soaking in the beauty of the rainforest and the wildlife that thrives here, before your overnight at Danum Valley Field Centre. Meals included: Full Board

Rise early for an exciting nature walk with your guide to spot wildlife as the jungle comes alive. Alternatively, opt for a 4x4 drive to Bukit Atur to witness the breathtaking sunrise over the valley. After breakfast, enjoy more exploration or take a relaxing break before lunch. In the afternoon, embark on a trek to uncover more of Danum Valley's hidden wonders. Later, return to your overnight accommodation at Danum Valley Field Centre.

Start the day with a morning nature walk before checking out and heading back to Kota Kinabalu. From there take a scenic boat ride to Gaya Island Resort, your tropical island overnight retreat. Spend the evening relaxing by the beach or taking in the stunning views.

After breakfast, transfer back to Jesselton Pier and take a flight to Kuching, the capital of Sarawak. Upon arrival check in to the Waterfront Hotel, where you will have your overnight stay and take some time to explore the charming city at your own leisure. Enjoy the evening by the river, exploring the vibrant shops and cafes.

Meals included: Breakfast 

After breakfast, head to Bako National Park, just 1.5 hours from Kuching. Known for its diverse ecosystems, you’ll see wildlife such as proboscis monkeys, langurs and various bird species. Wander along the park’s trails, leading you to secluded beaches and stunning geological formations. Stop for lunch at the park café before heading back to Kuching, where you will have another overnight stay at Waterfront Hotel, Kuching.

Explore Kuching's historic sites, including China Town, the Tua Pek Kong Temple and the beautiful Kuching Waterfront with views of the Darul Hana Bridge and Fort Margherita. Take a stroll through the Main Bazaar, a great spot for local souvenirs. You can also opt for a visit to the Borneo Cultures Museum to learn more about the region's rich heritage (additional fee). Your final overnight stay will be at Waterfront Hotel, Kuching.
